Tim NewcombI have four of them, May, Tinning, and two Gudats. The backs seem to consist of some sort of glossy/oily paper, kind of like the backs of 1950s hot dog cards (Dan Dee, Kahn's, etc.). I don't see any clear evidence that they were in albums. They are all creased, and a couple of them have staining, again not unlike later cards packed with meat. I don't suppose they could have been connected with carnivorous concessions of some kind?
