T206Collector...it's pretty obvious the card is not trimmed, but is instead warped. Graders get it wrong on trimming to be sure, but not in this case -- they would not have missed this.
Looking at a warped card in two dimensions, i.e., on a computer screen, will give it a wavy-edged look. It may be that the card was not so warped until it ended up in the holder.
