I want to hear why this Farino dude kept selling the same card over and over...I realize that he refunds the people, but they don't seem to be getting their money back right away which means the funds are not available in his paypal account. Is this some sort of interest free loan scam this guy runs. He needs a few bucks for a day or so, so he sells something he has no intention of letting go of?
