The only way I'd agree to laying down 10K+ on this particular card would be if the seller would agree to send the card to PSA for crossover grading. If the card graded a 7.5 or better, I'd pay the cost of grading. The current (April/2013) SMR value of a 7 is $5000 and an 8 is valued at $17000.
Having said that, I think I'm dreaming in Technicolor expecting a dealer to agree to such terms since he'd have to foot the bill for an unsuccessful grade.
