+1 it is really cool. They make it a point to call it the Negro League Baseball Museum and not the Negro League HOF at the Museum.
Cascone's Grill across from the downtown farmers market is a great place for breakfast/lunch.

The Kansas City Museum and the Zoo are also pretty nice.
I always drove KC is not really that big, like all other stadiums find the major back roads and stay off 70 Interstate when leaving the stadium.
