Of the big three: Johnson and Mathewson are the most popular with collectors, with Mathewson a tad ahead. Cy Young is very popular, but a step behind those two.
Agree that G.C. Alexander was up in the elite pitching wise, but has never nearly as popular with collectors. Same can be said for Grove.
My personal opinion is that Walter Johnson was the best pitcher of all time. This is only my opinion, so I don't take offense to those who disagree.
