Josh K.I will let him comment, but it seems that he may have originally be interested in the possibility, but later states he doesnt intend to do so. Im guessing he wanted a way to threaten legal action to see if that would make the seller go through with the deal. As someone mentioned earlier - I doubt the seller is shaking in his boots.
