I believe the signature above Phil Niekro, is Shane Rawley. The one below Dave Righetti (who is below Niekro), is Bob Shirley.
The one below Jose Rijo and above Don Mattingly, is Oscar Gamble.
Also, the ball is a 1984 Yankees team signed ball, as Curt Brown played in 13 games for the Yankees in 1984; that was his only year with them. Every one else on the ball either played or was a coach with the 1984 Yankees.
