Not exactly what I had envisioned for my first post here, but I can offer you a clue of sorts on this.

I recognized the image immediately as the exact same one from the 1951/1952 Berk Ross cards.

Perhaps some of the other members here that are more knowledgeable with that issue can help.
I'm betting its some sort of photo or simply a copy of one that was used for those cards.

That might not be the exact answer you are looking for, but at least it points you in the right direction.
