Mike, I got this with some other items from Ralph Winegarner's estate. He didn't play for the Tigers so I don't know what the connection was. It's not for sale but will give you first shot should it ever become available.

I did see another one on ebay a few years back that didn't sell. So there are more out there somewhere.
