Year of death is a good indicator of rarity, with the earlier the death generally the rarer the signature. That the players are in the T206 or other major set will raise demand. An early player with a brief career and who died early is likely rarer. A player who played in the 1800s, even if just for a year, is desirable, as 1800s players are tough.
