Some of the items that I was watching for Memory Lane went for reasonable prices (in my novice opinion). The 33 Goudey's in PSA 8 went for ~$300 each. Also, and I'm not an expert at all here, but Ruth cut signature in pencil went for ~$2500 including BP here:
