I believe that this survey will slowly produce finds similar to your recent "missing" Piedmont 350 thread. Some of the T206 Sovereign cards seem to be more plentiful than others. While your list of no-prints is a lengthy - I believe that over time several of these will be discovered and crossed off the list.
Lets start with T206 Jimmy Collins - Here is the pop report from the SGC web site:

Although the Sovereign back Jimmy Collins has a low pop (1 graded) it does exist. So now we can cross off Jimmy Collins provided the grading company was accurate with their identification.
