do we know how this kind of overprint thing can happen???!!!!
I don't understand at all.

Would a printer take some T206 scrap stock to use as a test run on some other advertisement print run? If so, then why isn't it clearer or more bold vs. the T206 back print?

Can anyone help me understand this better? Joe D, other printers out there?
