Need some help concerning Ebay purchase damage
I recently bought a card on Ebay. I received the card, but the holder had a small crack in it. Which happened in shipping, but the card was insured. But if I claim insurance I will lose the card (which I want to keep) but I do not want it loose. The seller did not pack it well, which I assumed didn't help things. How should I go about this?
