I just submitted a number of pre-war cards for PSA/DNA authentication and encapsulation, including two Zack Wheat T202s, an E95 Doyle, and T206 Meyers, McBride and Doyle cards. Cost? $20 per card. Simple as that.
Similarly, this was the price charged by SGC/JSA for the same service, and is also the same price charged by JSA/BVG, though there are some cards that would be $30 per card, see link below:
