I don't look at this as having anything to do with autographs. Things are so impersonal with sports and sports figures these days, even at a show where you get an autograph. So impersonal, so robotic. I think it is great to have this kind of personal interaction with a player. I would not hesitate to do this for my kids if they wanted it for their birthday.

I have grown to love the autograph hobby, and see zero connection between this and the hobby. In many respects, this is more personal than an in person autograph.
