he;s right on the money, collectors job out authentication to the companies, and blindly trust them with tens of thousands of dollars, but the companies wont even tell you exactly who looked at and authenticated the autograph. sheer lunacy. these companies could help if they took their time, did it right, and had full disclosure of who looked at the item, what exemplars they used, and how they came to their conclusion. it should be all open book, not closed shop.
