Thanks, Neal,for putting the list together. For me, it's a particularly vivid reminder how short and sweet life is ... I have images in my mind of so many of these players — some who I saw play, but mostly from old baseball cards — that show them in their youth and glory. To read their obituaries is truly humbling, but it really helps keep everything in perspective ... Rest in peace, Buck and Cecil ... you guys are Hall of Famers in my book ...
