Just as a follow-up to a problem that I had with SC Gaynor and because of this thread I was able to solve a long standing problem. Scott contacted me right away and I was able to send the item in question back for a FULL refund. Once I contacted Scott the situation was worked out in a matter of days. Scott and his partner Andrew handled it in very professionally. It goes to show that these 2 men will take great care to resolve an issue. In a day of bad dealings with auction houses here is one that is willing to back up a buyer if they had a problem.
