I just received the piece below. Early 1970's advertising sign for Billy Martin's Hams. The story goes, the dealer had gotten the sign out of a bar in Detroit that had been selling the hams. Initially, I thought the sign was a fantasy piece because I did not know Billy Martin was a spokesperson for ham. More porky! Less fatty! The item came with a Billy Martin's Ham pamphlet (with two recipes) and this Ebay seller has a print ad for sale (
https://www.ebay.com/itm/185836110639). So, Billy actually pitched hams. The sign is likely one of a kind, because the picture of Billy and the ham were enlarged and glued (??) to the medium the lettering is professionally done. Either way, I really like it!
