I remain an immature collector of baseball photos. My main focus over the past two years has been on photos of Tony Lazzeri and a series of other Yankees HoF-ers from the 1920s and 1930s.
Initially by chance but, more recently with deliberate focus, I've been purchasing photos of Joe DiMaggio. Therefore, I was really pleased to purchase this one from DiMaggio's rookie year in the recent auction:
