Ebates is currently at 2% cash back on items listed under Sports Memorabilia, Cards & Fan Shop (among other categories). Combine this with Ebay bucks (and 2% on the Paypal credit card) and prices start to look a lot better, especially when there is a Bucks offer. Ebates tends to offer cash back on categories for stretches of time, so I would think this one should last for several days at a minimum.

To use Ebates you sign up, visit eBay through their site, make your purchase, and they send you the money periodically. (It also works on tons of other sites.)
