Because it's your first time submitting to SGC you don't have a customer number. SGC will assign you a customer number when they receive your first submission. When you get your graded cards back from SGC there will be a customer number on your invoice, but you don't have to wait for that. You can give them a quick call and they will link the SGC account you created with your newly assigned customer number. You will then be able to log in and see your recent submission.
