Actually, in the forum I mentioned above, there's absolutely no moderation whatsoever. It's an absolute free-for-all. The rest of the forum is very strictly monitored, but this section was set up just so people could vent. It gets absolutely brutal in there some time, but everyone knows the rules going in, so if you "complain" about something, well...you'll probably get "flamed" for being stupid enough to complain...
