It's from the March/April 2001 issue of VCBC, and is a sequel to Obermeyer's article on 1910 Obak backs from the February 2000 issue, updated with new data from readers. The heart of the article is a master checklist showing which slogans are known with each of the 175 players in the set, and how many players are known with each slogan.

Thanks for posting this. I am going to have to look and see if this is one of the issues I picked up. Either way, I have this info now thanks to you. I am up to about 30 1910 Obaks so far.
