oh yeah...don't you just love it when they say "our turnaround times are not guaranteed." OK, maybe I am stupid, so I am going to ask a stupid question...why have a guaranteed turnaround time when it isn't guaranteed?

Why not just have a "7.00 we'll try to get your cards graded as fast as we can" service.
