I think Lance and Scott are both right on this one, and this may actually be one of those changes that may be a win-win for all.
It will coerce those using free BINs to pony up for a store, while allowing those using auctions more free listings. Is the way around this for those using free listing BINs for their "museum" listings to now list them as auctions but with a high starting bid? We'll see....
