Brian E.Just a little follow up on this transaction...
I emailed and phoned the seller, waited a day and after no response, filed a paypal dispute. The seller quickly contacted me; I sent the card back and the refund is pending. Looks like after a little aggravation, I'm only out the return shipping costs.
