I would just give it some more time, chances are it will show up.
My personal experience is the PO has sucked really bad for almost a year now. The strange thing is if I send/receive a card in a PWE or with the free tracking they give you it shows up like clock work. Now if it has a paid tracking # there will be a 2-4 week delay over 90% of the time.
Very strange but true.
