Here's the photo from game #1 of the 1916 WS, courtesy of the Library of Congress....

That's Mrs. Ed McKeever, far right, wife of Brooklyn Dodgers/Robins owner.

To my knowledge, only one of these pennants survived. Look carefully: there's actually five pennants displayed. The fifth was this one, held by the third woman from the left....
