), wrote my name on it, stored in a mini-basement, and told my Mom not to touch it. There it sat on a shelf next to the furnace and water heater, until about 9-10 years ago when went to retrieve it -- condition-wise, they looked the same. Survived two earthquakes and a mudslide. Worked for me
