Job Description: The Clubhouse Manager Assistant will oversee the operation of the Clubhouse during the Vancouver Canadians’ season running from June through mid-September. This includes responsibility for cleaning, laundry, feeding players, and managing equipment among other things.

Responsibilities:
Managing baseball equipment, inventory, and ordering for assigned Minor League team.
Maintain a clean environment for the players, including cleaning before, during, and after each home game.
In charge of laundry services for uniforms, towels, and items necessary for jobs of players and staff at each affiliate.
Responsible for producing snacks, pre-game meals, and post-game meals. This will include cooking and preparation of meals at the premises.
Perform various tasks for coaches and staff, including handling paperwork, making phone calls, and running errands.
Work hand in hand with the coaching staff to maintain good relationship between them and the Vancouver Canadians.
Keeping detailed receipts and records of all expenses in relation to managing the clubhouse.
Required Qualifications:
High School Degree
4 or more years of relevant work experience (food service, janitorial service, management, operations etc.)
Ability to pass background screening and drug test
Ability to be present for all games & workouts as well as pre and post season preparation and wrap up
Ability to work long hours and a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for Baseball or baseball related experience
Food sanitation certification
Commercial cooking experience
Must have valid drivers license
Must be able to pick up 50lbs
