leonReserve auctions protect a seller from getting low balled and allow people to bid the price up..therefore, letting the "opening" get going....there are many auctions, as I am sure you are aware, that have minimum bid amounts and then often don't meet reserve.... some wholesale car auctions come to mind.....at least this gives me another perspective though......best..
