In my opinion, too many variables to discuss, but as a general rule, I figure cards at roughly 50%-100% more than the next lowest grade. So if a PSA 4 sells for $100, a PSA 5 would sell between $150-$200, and a PSA 6 would sell for $225-$400. Obviously, the more grades you skip, the larger the variance gets.

Ultra rare cards (thinking less than a handful exist) I think the grade has less influence as people are more concerned with just finding the card rather than worrying about the condition. As a result, the difference between 1 or 2 grades may make little difference in the price.
