Maybe I'm missing something but I believe you will be better off in situations like this with the new policy. If a bidder doesn't pay, even 1 time, the seller would file a non-paying claim. The buyer then either has to pay up, or if he doesn't complete his part of the claim, all feedback he has ever left gets removed. Furthermore, his account would be in jeopardy of getting suspended.
