Did you get that Grove from an ebay auction a couple of months ago? If so, I'm pretty sure the Grove isn't a "factory cancelled" card, rather some little kid decided to abuse it with a hole punch. I could be wrong, but I always thought cancelled cards had thinner punches in a design.
