The T206 Honus Wagner is itself famous outside of baseball and card collecting. When the PSA8 was last sold, it was reported and pictured in the British press, including the BBC.

Many people buy postcards for the aesthetic appeal and often don't have more than a casual knowledge of the subject. I've bought postcards of mountains and am no expert in mountainology or mountaineering.

And be even more careful not to judge people by their coffee mugs. I once drank out of a 'World's Greatest Grandmother' mug.
