As far as I know, there was no Magie in the buybacks, so this is a fantasy creation. If there had been a Magie chase card, I'm sure we all would have heard about it. Just another enterprising way to try and con someone out of their money since many people seem to think that these Topps buybacks are just as good as getting a slabbed a card.
