Fred CJust out of curiosity, how many of these cards are from the Harris Collection? If they change the grade I assume the label would still reflect the provenance of the card, is that correct?
Can PSA "downgrade" any of the cards? Or do they strictly only perform "upgrades"? I don't want to sound like I'm peeing in your Cheerios but wouldn't it make sense that if there's a chance of an upgrade that it's also very probable that there would be a chance for a downgrade also?
