So, looking at this auction,

Don't think seller did anything wrong if so, looking at the cert the card is posted there and looks to be Fritsch reprint as well. Text and border is blue and has the same print pattern as the reprint sold on their site including the misprinted top left corner and same artifacts in the top right with the same borders,
