There are lots of cards that only 1 example is known of- all the Allegheny's, just to name one. But of all the "blue chip" rarities the '32 ('33 actually) Lindstrom gets my vote for the rarest, with Graziano second. Doyle is a variation (as is Magie) and I'd put it a bit further done the list, but since I have no chance of owning any of these (except the Lajoie) my opinion doesn't mean squat.
Any way you look at it Graziano is very tough, hoping Adam will chime in with an estimate of known examples. I thought it was 5, but could be wrong.
