I just did a quick google search, and there appears to be at least two different editions of this litho. One (yours) numbered to 444 that Joe signed with "Yankee Clipper", and another one numbered to 1,000, that he signed with "#5".

Another difference between the two editions is the placement of the signatures. On the one #'d to 444, Joe signed on the right and RS Simon signed on the left. On the litho #'d to 1,000, Joe signed on the left, and Simon signed on the right.

I just found where they also did an Artist Proof edition numbered to 56. These were signed as were the ones #d to 444.

That means there were a total of 1,500 lithos issued across the three different series.
