As a buyer I pay little attention to DSR ratings. My only explanation would be a mild form of buyers remorse. A former employer said it once and it is true, "the masses be asses". We recently had a bidder that left negative feedback saying an item was not as described and the pictures proved the lady wrong. Did eBay do anything about this? No. Was a case where "mother" supposedly bid up and bought item and used "daughters" PayPal account to pay. There was a strange series of emails initially with the daughter saying she got a package that she didn't order, then she said her mother won the auction, the all of the sudden without contact, we were left a negative saying the item was not as described. Very convoluted. Yet eBay allows the neg to stand even after getting all the emails and facts.

Also, Howard, have bought from you several times and the service is great. All 5 stars from me.
