I just stumbled upon this thread after having recently picked up a R & N China Co. 8.5" plate at a local garage sale. This plate has a large image of the 1958 Topps Bob Clemente card. It is still shrink-wrapped in its original packaging, and only the top of the plate shows. I found an identical plate currently for sale on eBay as a BIN, and the seller shows several pics of both sides of the plate - here's the link to it:

I know absolutely nothing about these R & N China plates, so I will appreciate any information anyone can provide about this Clemente plate, such as:
- What year was it produced?
- How many Clemente plates were produced?
- Were plates produced for any of the other 1958 Topps cards?
- Is this Clemente plate worth more than the few bucks I paid for it?

Thanks in advance for any helpful info,
Val
