Surprised France and Denmark has suspended that service. Never had a problem with those countries.
Italy and Brazil I'm not surprised. They have been problem countries for me to. I have those countries blocked but will make an exception for a reliable customer who is aware of the customs issues in their countries.
China and Mexico are also blocked. Mexico, mostly because it seems to take at least a month for anything to get anywhere.
