Thats a nice grouping of cards. I would tend to lean against grading by SGC. The problem that I see is that with the writing on the back, the highest grade you can hope for is a 30. If you go with grading, go with PSA since their MK qualifier can differentiate between the nicer cards in the group and the beaters.

As for value, you have some scarce cards. However, Colgans can be kind of a thin market, so you might do better with Buy It Now or on the BST, rather than risking it on .99 auctions. There are a couple of big Colgan collectors here on the board.
