I think they are both fakes also. In addition to the corner rounding already mentioned other things to look for when detecting fakes are that the picture on front just does not seem as "crisp," the colors don't seem right (may seem washed out), the borders look too "white" given the wear on the rest of the card, and the card doesn't show the level of detail and shading that the genuine card shows. In addition, the back may seem "off." One good way to learn about this is to compare the card in question with one that you know is real (such as one encapsulated by PSA or SGC).

Here are scans of a genuine card E94 Cobb (not mine). As you can see, the back of your card seems "cramped" even though it doesn't seem trimmed where a genuine card has much better spacing on the back.
