Well done: Lloyd and Paul Waner did it twice (Sept. 4, 1927, and Sept. 15, 1938, Pirates) and Rick and Wes Ferrell (July 19, 1933) are the only pair to do the feat for opposing teams, with Rick homering for the Red Sox against his brother Wes who was pitching/hittingfor Cleveland.

The Boyer guess was a great one. In Ken’s first World Series, both he and his brother Clete (playing in his 5th Series with the Yankees) homered in the seventh game, the only time in World Series history that brothers have homered in the same game, as the Cardinals prevailed. But it was not in the same inning to my knowledge.

One more pair remains, and one of the brothers is the most famous of all.
