Jason CarotaAs long as you ship within a couple of days (state this in your listing - "Item usually ships with x business days" option) and send a delivery confirmation number to the buyer, the ship date/time stamp should give you enough evidence to contact eBay about removing any negative ratings. Listings still say the following directly below the shipping methods, as well:
"Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods."
